DDD Cabs Account Deletion

Use this public page to request deletion of a registered DDD Cabs customer account. Ownership verification and a final confirmation are required before anything is deleted.

What is deleted after verification

After successful verification and your final confirmation, DDD Cabs removes or anonymizes the active customer profile, including profile name, email, mobile number, saved address details, authentication/session data, customer notifications, and customer-authored ratings. You are signed out of the app.

Information that may be retained

DDD Cabs may retain booking, payment, billing, invoice, and related transaction records only when needed for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or regulatory obligations. We do not state a fixed retention period here because no fixed period is enforced by this deletion flow.
